A Russian Billionaire just bought a house on the French Riviera for $752 million. People in Haiti are starving because they can't afford rice. Good purchase.

Why are you here?
This is my blog. Everyone has a blog. There's really nothing special about this blog. When I think of something, I write about it. When I'm not thinking about anything, don't write. There are better blogs out there to read. You won't hurt my feelings (too much) if you decide to read one of those instead.

The same thing can be said when you buy a cd or a book, yo.
cynicism kills.
ouch...
Don't think that didn't cross my mind kimmy kim.
do cds cost 752 million dollars now?
it's not the amount, matthew. it's the condition of the heart.
Ok you two. I think the truth lies somewhere in the middle. I honestly think there is a difference between buying a cd or book and buying a 752 million dollar house. However, I do think the condition of the heart is what really matters. The problem with that is you can't make the claim that you know my intentions when I buy a cd or book and you can't make the claim that you know the billionaire's intentions for buying the house. If he's supplying his extra rooms to house orphans or homeless people, then great. So I might have judged his intentions wrongly, and if I did, Lord forgive me. However, no one knows my intentions either. This is why condition of the heart arguments are dangerous, because there are two beings who know the true condition of someone's heart, the person involved and God. The rest is judgment calls.
